Today was a hard day and one that did exhausted me mentally.
It have started with a Physio appointment. Physio has visited the Little Stars Nursery to see Leah in her mainstream setting and to set up new goals for my little girl.
Followed by 3 hours with Social worker as part of ECHP. It amazes how many different questions you have to answer
1 hour ot PECS . Something I am super excited about as this would give my little princess way of communication and open new word of possibilities
Followed by call with Childten therapies about adaptive pushchair and quick discussion on what our best option is due to a long waiting time for assessment
My brain felt baked by the late afternoon and o felt mentally exhausted
However today for the 1st time on a very long time I managed to do something for myself and go to a concert. I really needed this so badly . Just to switch of my brain for couple of hours and enjoy the show
